At My Mountain Mover, our exceptional Virtual Assistants are integral to our mission of contributing to the success of businesses and healthcare practices all around the globe. That’s why we are committed to ensuring that this year’s Movers Summit – our biggest annual event – will make our VAs feel valued, appreciated, and celebrated.

Achieving this objective required going above and beyond to make sure the summit was exceptional in every way – the behind-the-scenes preparation for this summit was truly remarkable. It took three months and over 200 hours of meticulous planning. Our dedicated team of nearly 70 support members worked tirelessly to ensure every detail, no matter how small, was accounted for. From committee meetings and prize selection to presentation rehearsals and venue bookings, we left no stone unturned.

On the day of the Movers Summit, our executives and support team were on their feet four hours ahead of schedule – on their heels and shiny shoes, we might add. This pre-summit preparation was to synchronize efforts, conduct sound checks, and ensure a flawless execution.

Of course, the summit wouldn’t be complete without our US team. They embarked on a long 17-hour flight to the Philippines, crossing two different time zones aboard two different planes to meet and celebrate with our VAs in person.

We showed our gratitude by rewarding our extraordinary VAs. With prizes valued at nearly PHP 600,000, over 40 VAs received cash prizes and five lucky winners enjoyed major prizes. These included paid trips to Boracay and Singapore, an iPhone 14 Pro Max, a MacBook Air, and a PHP 100,000 check! These exciting prizes elevated the festive atmosphere and added a touch of glamor to everyone’s ensemble.

Truly, Movers Summit 2023 was an unforgettable experience. With over 300 attendees, the room was filled with a sense of camaraderie and shared success. The energy was palpable as stories of achievement and dedication were shared.
