Your Placement Journey

To learn about our open positions, check out our jobs page and fill out our application form, complete with details about your previous job experiences, skill ratings, tools, and systems you have used in the past, a cover letter and resume, and a 1-minute introduction video.

Sourcing Call
Upon receiving your application form, one of the departments from our team will contact you through the phone number you submitted on your application. This quick call will focus on gathering more information about you.

Recruitment Assessment
After getting to know you more, we will run an assessment based on the information you submitted on your application form and your answers to the sourcing calls. This will help us gauge your skills and know-how.

System Check
Once you complete the assessment phase, our placements department from our team will send you a meeting invite to your email. This meeting will be for our in-house IT team to confirm your technical requirements.

Final MMM Interview
Next, you will complete the final round of our internal interviews to clarify any confusion, set expectations, and hopefully, seal the deal. We only hire the best, so put your best foot forward!

Boot Camp Training
Once onboard, you will undergo a one-week comprehensive training program. This will give you the skills to succeed, from internal tools to HIPAA and communications training. Earn prizes and certifications as you go!

Placement Assessment
Once you graduate from our training program, our team will take all the information we gathered from your application and your training performance to find a client that best matches your strengths.

Client Endorsement
After matching you with a potential client, you will be scheduled for an interview with the client so that they can get to know you better and see how you can fit into their practice. Please take advantage of this opportunity to get to know them more!

A: Because our clients are medical practices based in the US, we mostly follow the Pacific Standard time zone. However, there’s also a chance that you might work in other US time zones if client demands see it fit.
